Late entries are accepted on-site, cash or card only!
There are NO REFUNDS at this race. However, you may sell your entries. You MUST notify Danielle Parks with any changes to rider or horse entries. Any entries not paid by this deadline will be deleted.
No Stalls or electric RV spots available. Overnight parking is FREE and allowed, please clean up after yourself/your horse. You may build pens and bring generators.

Selling Spots: Spots much be paid in full before they can be transferred to a new rider. Horse/rider changes are FREE. If you are buying a spot, please notify the producer so changes can be made. Text and PMs are not accepted!
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run.
Dress Code:
Full Dress required for the High Stakes. Hat or helmet, Long sleeve shirt, long pants, boots or western shoes.
May wear any ICRP shirt in place of full dress code for the OPEN 5D ONLY.
CAN NOT WEAR AN ICRP SHIRT DURING THE HIGH STAKES.

FINE PRINT
You can run in the high stakes only, but you must roll to the open to be in that class.
Multiple payment options are available! The website will be updated with info at a later date.
Payments will be drawn automatically until they are Paid In Full on the initial date you pay monthly.
Any spot not paid for on time for each date will be forfeited to the wait list with no refund.
Entries MUST be made on www.sgpevents.net so your payments can be applied to the account. Expos MUST be Paid In Full to be reserved if you purchase multiple. Reserve expos, pay for them, and then make your High Stakes entry.
$433 will be kept out of each division for the Crack Queens (last in each division) if spots sell out.
