Pre-entries close: Sept 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Late entries re-open: Sept 17 at 12 PM
Late entries are accepted on-site, cash or card only!
Refunds will be given no questions asked until 9/15 at 11:59 AM. Any entries not paid by this deadline will be deleted.
RVs and stalls go on sale Sept 1, 2025 at 6 PM through www.reflectionsequestriancenter.com

Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. Stalls and RVs are not refundable. Changes must be made at the office. Text and PMs are not accepted! - NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. CASH ONLY late entries if entering on site.
Dress Code:
Full Dress required. Hat or helmet, Long sleeve shirt, long pants, boots or western shoes. May wear any ICRP shirt in place of full dress code.
Prom Attire Saturday only for the Side Pot

Not before 10:30 AM - High Stakes
Peewee not before 11:30 AM
Regular Open/Prom not before 12:00 PM
Following the Open: Pole Expos (1) per horse/rider pair. Purchase at the gate.
Following Pole Expos: 4D Poles
IBRA Missouri Award Presentation follows the Open barresl. Please arrive in full dress code for pictures.
