What’s included?
Reflections Saddles Series: March 14 – October 12
Screaming Eagle Full Send Buckle Series: TBA
Grit & Glam Saddle Series: April 19 – August 10
$100 individual, $200 family (all children in the household, 18 and under)
$100 sponsorship requirement – each member/family must bring in a sponsor by June 30, 2025. This covers ALL series.
Memberships can be purchased at shows, or added on by management if a free membership is included with a sponsorship.
Individual series nominations:
If you do not wish to purchase a yearly membership, you may nominate for an individual series.
Reflections Saddle Series
$55 individual/$110 family nomination fee
Grit and Glam
$55 individual/$110 family nomination fee
$100 sponsorship requirement – each member/family must bring in a sponsor by June 30, 2025. This covers any series. If you choose to participate in 1, 2, or 3 series, you ONLY have to bring in (1) $100 sponsorship.
Free membership Options:
(1) Any sponsorship(s) brought in $200 or over comes with a FREE ICRP 2025 membership! This covers all three series.
(2) Work setting barrels or the gate at ANY ICRP show in 2025 for a cumulative (15) hours, and receive a FREE ICRP 2025 membership, and the sponsorship requirement will be waived.
PLEASE read the following for entry/nomination options:

Beginner/Peewee classes
---------------------------------
Beginner Horse/Rider class: $5 - $1 payback to each entry. No office fee if you are ONLY in the beginner class. MUST be picked up the day of the show. No points will be kept on this class. If your child is a Grit & Glam member, they must maintain 50% attendance to be eligible for year-end prizes & the members vote for Rookie of the Year buckle.
Horse/Rider combo may not enter any other classes.
Peewee class: $11 - 100% PB. This is a 3D - 2 second split class. Year-end awards for the champion/reserve in each division. All Grit & Glam nominated peewees will get something! Office fee applies. 10 and under.
PLEASE NOTE
You may graduate your child to the youth/open at any time in the year if you wish. However, once you move your child up to the higher divisions, they may NOT go back to beginner/peewee classes.

Youth/Adult/Master Side Pots
---------------------------------
Youth/Adult/Masters classes will ALL be a side pot, if you would like to be in the open.
Following the Open - We will have the Youth/Adult/Masters ONLY classes. People running in these classes MAY NOT run the horse entered in the Open.

Peewee poles and open poles will be drawn together. Results will be split into their corresponding classes.
Youth (18 and under) Adult (19-39) Masters (40+) will be side pots.

PLEASE NOTE: A lot of you have free memberships! Please check the above list for your name. Memberships will be available for purchase through SGP. If you have a free membership, you do NOT need to buy one through SGP. If there’s an issue please contact us to let us know.

Nomination must be paid before points are tracked and documented. Also don't forget each member/family must bring in a $100 sponsorship by 6/30/25 to maintain eligibility for year-end awards.
