Pre-entries close: August 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM

Late entries re-open: August 13th, at 12 PM

Late entries are accepted on-site, cash or card only.

Refunds will be given no questions asked until 11/11/25 at 11:59 AM. Any entries not paid by this deadline will be deleted.

Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. Stalls and RVs are not refundable. Changes must be made at the office. Text and PMs are not accepted! - NO CHANGE FEES.

Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. CASH ONLY late entries if entering on site.

Friday

12:00 - 4:30 PM Barrel Expos - $6

5:00 PM - Early Barrel Session (limited to 100)

Not before 6:30 PM - Peewee.

Followed by: Late $1000 Open. Youth/Adult/Masters are side pots.

Saturday

8:00-9:00 AM - Pole Expos (1) expo/horse rider pair. Pay At The Gate/First come first serve.

Followed by Battle of the Benders (Poles)

$1500 “Battle of the The Benders” Pole Slot Race! Four Elements Team Race. Choose your team! Water - Earth - Fire - Air
Limited to 10/team. $26 entry fee. The team with the lowest cumulative time wins.
100% of the pot will be split between winning team members.
NT counted as 99.999.
Awards for the winning team.
$240 Entry Fee - 3D 1 second split. Must roll to the Open.
