Draw out date for an 80% refund on entry fees - October 7, 2024 at 11:59 AM - no questions asked - after this no refunds will be given!
No refunds will be given for stalls or RVs.
Any entries not paid by this deadline will be deleted.

These will ALL be booked through My Horse Connect
Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. Stalls and RVs are not refundable. Changes must be made at the office - NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. CASH ONLY late entries if entering on site.
Pre-entries close October 7, 2024 at 11:59 PM - any unpaid entries will be deleted
Late entries reopen October 9, 2024 at 12 PM

($100 to Full send/$60 to Retro 5D Open/$2 to SGP) - 80% PB
$10,000 added to the open
Top 2 from each 5D division each day from qualifying events will be invited to the invitational

Retro Active 5D Open Average Side Pot - $41
Times from Saturday & Sunday will be added together to determine average
1 second splits 5D

Ace Silvermith's Custom Silver Buckles to Average D Champions (Style may vary)
Average will be audited and winners announced approximately 48 hours after the shows conclusion. Buckles and average checks will be mailed!

Dress Code:
Hat or helmet, Long sleeves, long pants, boots or western shoes.
Full Send invitational is FULL dress code.
Retro Active is Full dress code or ANY ICRP shirt.
