Series Information

$500 MINIMUM added to the open each day!

Membership information:

$55 for an individual
$100 for a family

(includes all children under the age of 18 as of January 1st, 2023)

Membership covers aged classes and open nominations.

Points go with the rider - see website for more information on the points system!

Each Individual/family must bring in a minimum of $100 in sponsorships by 8/19/2023 to be eligible for year-end awards.

FREE MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

(1) Any sponsorship brought in $200 or overcomes with a

FREE membership!

(2) Work setting barrels or the gate at ANY ICRP show in 2023 for a cumulative (12) hours, and receive a FREE Grit & Glam membership, and the sponsorship requirement will be waived.

PLEASE read the following for entry/nomination options:
Beginner/Peewee classes
You may enter one or the other, but NOT both.
Beginner class: $5 - $1 payback to each entry. No office fee. MUST be picked up the day of the show. No points will be kept on this class. If your child is a Grit & Glam member, they must maintain 50% attendance to be eligible for yearend prizes & the members vote Rookie of the Year buckle. 14 and under.
Peewee class: $10 - 100% PB. This is 3D 2 second split class. Yearend awards for the champion/reserve in each division. All Grit & Glam nominated peewees will get something! Office fee applies. 10 and under.

PLEASE NOTE
You may graduate your child to the youth/open at any time in the year if you wish. However, once you move your child up to the higher divisions, they may NOT go back to beginner/peewee classes.

Youth/Senior classes
This year we are drawing the youth and senior TOGETHER. Hopefully, this will give our seniors more space to run since several have multiple horses.
How to choose your class:
IF you are ONLY running in the youth or senior class (NO open) choose the youth/senior 4D option
IF you are running in the youth or senior class and WANT to CARRY OVER to the OPEN choose youth/senior 4D r/over to open 5D
If you are in the youth and senior and want to be in the open class you MUST roll over. We are NOT allowing people to run twice, for the sake of time and our hard-working staff. Our anticipated entries will make for a long day as is, so we are taking that into consideration for all of those on the ICRP staff.

Grit & Glam Nominations
AFTER you enter your classes and are routed to your entries, there will be a red bar at the top of the page asking if you want to confirm your nomination fee. If you wish to have points tracked for the Grit and Glam, Click the gold "confirm nomination fee".
PLEASE NOTE: I know a lot of you have free memberships! I will be auditing ALL entries and credit back those of you that do have them already.
If you are buying a family membership ($100) - you need to nominate all of your family members that will be running for points and I will go back and adjust the amount owed.
Please be patient with me in this process! I will do my best to have everything correct and can easily make adjustments, so have no fear! We can review everything at the show and we will make sure everything is correct for you.
Also don't forget each member must bring in a $100 sponsorship by 8/19/23 to maintain eligibility for year end awards.

NEW for 2023:

Beginner Class:

14 and under rider (may not compete in any other classes) - $5 - $1 payback - must be picked up day of the show, no office fee. If you should decide to run in any other class during the year, you may not re-enter the beginner class.

Poles 3D - $26 - 80% PB

Open: Open to all, except - peewee/beginners - $42 - 80% PB

*$2 of the open goes to SGP/BRF
*$1 of all other classes goes to SGP
